Who is a Registrant?

A registrant is the individual or organisation that registers a domain name with an Internet Service Provider (in NiRA terms, a Registrar). They hold the right to use that domain name for a specified period of time, and are bound by NiRA's Policy (terms and conditions) of domain name registration.
